Aida International is the global authority for Competitive freediving and has over the years become the focal point for development of freediving knowledge and science. Recognising the value of this knowledge for the development of modern freediving, AIDA International has created a structured education system.

Anqi at Yoga Bohol is a freediving instructor that also teaches Yoga. That means she has a perspective to freediving and relaxation that is wider than just the diving part. She's also doing SUP Yoga which is a combination of yoga and stand-up paddleboarding. It is a fun full body workout and will definitely energise your senses in a completely different way.
Freediving Planet organizes courses, events and training in South East Asia and distributes freediving equipment. They teach all levels of freediving from beginner to instructor, and also other courses like judge course or competition freediver course. It is run by Jean-Pol Francois, the AIDA Education Officer. He was my instructor trainer and I can highly recommend his courses.
Wolfgang at Freediving Philippines is the original freediving instructor here in the Philippines - he has been here since 2006. They also arrange other outdoor activities and freediving trips around the Philippines. Mainly works from Moalboal, but they do classes elsewhere as well.
Fusion Freedive & Yoga is based in Bali, Indonesia and is a great place to learn freediving. They also do spearfishing courses which is a great way to use your freediving skills in a more practical way. I have been teaching at Fusion Freedive some time, and I can higly recommend the guys there.
I used to live and teach freediving in Coron. This is an incomplete list of establishments and businesses I can recommend there:
We stayed at the Coron Backpacker Guesthouse for a month when we first arrived in Coron. The people working there are nice and helpful, they have clean rooms and it's one of the most affordable places in town (P500 for a double room). They provide free internet, fresh water and coffee.
They have a kitchen open for guests and a nice hang out area where you can meet other people. It's a very nice place for budget travellers.
My favorite place to eat in Coron. It's along the highway towards the airport, past the backpacker guesthouse just by the entrance to Krystal Lodge. They have western, local and vegetarian food.
